I like the liquid collagen and having clean, non GMO ingredients is the way to go. The flavor is lite and pleasant. Having a quick absorb over a pill is a great option ass well.

Collagen from cows, not vegan.
Not vegan. One of the reviews claim this is vegan. Contains Verisol B, the B is for bovine. The collagen is from cows.
