Can't really tell a difference

As described

I've been rinsing for 15 minutes every day since I've received this probiotic hoping to stop or reverse receding gum line. So far after 6 weeks I have not seen a difference but that doesn't mean it's not working. These things take a while. I'm going to keep trying and hopefully not have to have any surgery.

Only 4 stars for this one as I thought I was reordering the mint tablets. Will use them to see results. I know the tablets work foe morning dry mouth and strengthen the teeth. My gum line has not started to come back but it's not getting worse 😁. Overall I think it works for the price.
