I have tried other supplements from Windsor Botanicals and really like the brand, so it was a no brainer to give this one a try. First off, I really like the mild lemon flavor. It wasn't overpowering at all and was rather pleasant. I would note that it was a little too sweet for my taste though. Also, the dropper has the measurements marked very clearly. So if you don't want to take a full dose at once it is super easy to measure it out. As far as results, just after taking it for a few days I already have noticeable results. My nails are stronger and have better coloration. Best of all though is my complexion - being in my mid-30's I don't have many wrinkles just yet, but my skin has started to show the first signs of aging. This supplement has helped make skin feel firmer and looks more refreshed. Definitely rate it 5 out of 5 stars.
